Another Benefit of Babywearing

There are really too many to list, but I just thought of another. While wearing your baby (comfortably with her weight properly distrubuted as not to strain your neck or back), you'll be going about your daily tasks. When you're carrying around an extra 7 (or 35!) pounds, think about all the extra calories you'll be burning. Bye Bye Baby Belly...I also do squats while I'm wearing Kaelin. Hi! I am glad to find the blog of a feloow babywearer. I also like to do some squate when my little one is on my back. It is a great workout!
