Random Recipes

Turkey Meatballs:

1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 egg
3/4 c. italian breadcrumbs
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1 TBSP minced onions
2 Tsp minced garlic

Mix together with hands but do not overmix. Roll into balls about 1-1 1/2 inches in diameter. Brown in saucepan on stove with a little bit of EVOO.

Add them into your favorite spaghetti sauce and let them simmer...the longer the better!

I love meatballs and spaghetti...but i've never tried Turkey Meatballs! They sound really good though! :)
